Fill out each field per the guideline below:
Fill out each field per the guideline below:
Date - Select the date from the pull-down calendar or manually type in the date yourself for the day of the observation.
Property - Select the property from the pull-down menu from which the observation occurred.
Minutes - Using 15 minute intervals, type the approximate time in the field for entire hunting group.
Enter total number seen by total hunting group for each of the following categories below:

2.5+ Year Old Bucks - Enter the total count of observed 2.5+ year old bucks (click here for for help on estimating deer age).
Other Bucks - Enter the total count of observed Yearling bucks.
Does - Enter the total count of observed Does (female deer 1.5 years or older).
Fawns - Enter the total count of observed Fawns (deer approximately 0.5 year old).
Coyotes - Enter the total count of observed Coyotes.
Bears - Enter the total count of observed Bears.
Unknown - Enter the total count of observed deer that cannot be positively identified as one of the other groups. Do not guess. A reasonable number of observations should be classified as "unknown".
Notes - Feel free to add notes here that could help you, your partners and us learn and better manage the co-op. This could be notes about the weather, trespassers or any other out-of-the-ordinary observations. When completed, click the submit button to submit your report.
